Position Summary

Learning Program Manager provides oversight for daily operations of the Center for Learning and Performance, manages administrative support roles, and provides administrative assistance to the Nurse Executive Leader with the goal of advancing the mission of ECU Health. Reports to Nurse Executive Leader.

Responsibilities

Leads day-to-day business activities, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.

Manages resources and monitor supply chains to enhance productivity.

Leads budgetary analysis for cost centers to include formulation of monitoring and evaluating budget, and making recommendations regarding budget allocations.

Analyzes operational reports and make recommendations for efficiency and contract negotiations.

Assesses financial data, create forecasts, and provide insights to guide investment decisions.

Develops innovative solutions and strategies to align with organizational and department goals.

Monitors and reports services, performance measures and outcomes to make recommendations for strategic improvements.

Minimum Requirements

BA or BS degree is required - or higher.

MBA, MHA, MPH degree is preferred.

Microsoft Office Suite expert level experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Business Acumen.

3 years to 5 years' experience required.

Pay Range

$56,617.60 - $82,528.16
