Learning Solutions Manager

We are currently hiring a dynamic Senior Academy Consultant who will lead the design, development, and management of the organization’s business academy, responsible for creating and maintaining learning content, programs, and digital resources related to the company’s services and products.

This role ensures that employees, partners, and other required stakeholders have access to structured, engaging, and high-quality learning materials. The shortlisted candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, service delivery teams, and external partners to transform organizational knowledge into scalable, interactive learning content.

1.Academy Strategy & Framework

• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that supports the company’s business goals, operational excellence and standards.
• Establish the curriculum architecture for the Business Academy, mapping learning paths for various service categories (e.g., company formation, compliance, legal advisory, etc).
• Define and maintain learning standards, governance, and quality benchmarks for all content produced.

2. Content Design & Development

• Collaborate with internal experts to design, develop, and structure learning content across various service lines and operational processes.
• Create digital and blended learning modules, microlearning videos, simulations, and interactive resources using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop training presentations, guides, manuals, process walkthroughs, and assessments to support internal teams and client education initiatives.
• Ensure all materials reflect accurate regulatory, operational, and service-related information.

3. Learning Management & Delivery

• Manage and administer the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) — including uploading courses, tracking progress, and reporting completion data.
• Monitor learner engagement and feedback to optimize content and improve knowledge retention.
• Maintain a structured repository of learning content, ensuring accessibility and version control.

4. Stakeholder & Project Management

• Partner with department heads, service managers, and project leads to identify training and knowledge needs linked to business operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning initiatives with service delivery processes and project requirements.

5. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

• Track key metrics such as learner satisfaction, completion rates, and business impact.
• Gather feedback from internal users and continuously update learning materials based on operational changes, new services, or regulatory updates.
• Benchmark against best practices in corporate learning within the business setup and professional services sector.

To join our team, you will have:

• Master’s degree in Education Technology, Learning Design, Communications, or related field.
• Certifications in Instructional Design, Articulate 360, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in curriculum design, content development or learning program management, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex business processes and regulations into easy-to-understand learning material.
• Experience managing LMS platforms, developing digital learning assets, and working with multimedia tools.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced organization.
• Exceptional communication and visualization skills.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability to business change.

Language skills:

• English.
• Any second language is desirable.
