Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Shadow Teacher

Angels of Medical Care LLC is a trusted provider of home health care and child support services in Dubai. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support for children in school and home environments, helping them achieve academic, social, and behavioral goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to the child during school and home activities.
• Assist with academic tasks, social integration, and classroom participation.
• Implement strategies recommended by teachers, therapists, and parents.
• Encourage independence and build confidence in the child’s learning journey.
• Communicate progress and challenges with parents and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an LSA, Shadow Teacher, or Teacher Assistant preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting children with learning needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
