Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Learning Technical Trainer II to join our dynamic training team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training programs that enhance learners' skills and knowledge across various learning technologies and platforms. Your expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult education will empower learners to excel in their roles while ensuring training initiatives align with organizational goals. Responsibilities:
Learning Delivery:
- Manage the learning environment.
- Prepare for training delivery.
- Convey objectives and align learning solutions with course objectives and learner needs.
- Establish credibility as an instructor and create a positive learning climate.
- Deliver various learning methodologies and facilitate learning.
- Encourage participation and build learner motivation.
- Deliver constructive feedback and ensure learning outcomes.
Formal Presentation: Present ideas effectively to individuals or groups when given time to prepare; deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
Evaluating Learning Impact:
- Identify customer expectations.
- Select appropriate strategies, research design, and measures.
- Communicate and gain support for the evaluation plan.
- Manage data collection, analyze and interpret data.
- Apply learning analytics and make recommendations to aid decision-making.
Learning Design:
- Design and develop informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods.
- Conduct a needs assessment and identify the appropriate learning approach.
- Apply learning theory and collaborate with others.
- Design a curriculum, program, or learning solution.
- Design instructional material and analyze/select technologies.
- Integrate technology options and develop instructional materials.
- Evaluate learning design.
General:
- Demonstrate strong communication and human relationship skills.
- Provide effective customer service by being courteous, polite, and friendly at all times.
- Acknowledge customers timely to determine their needs and help resolve issues or requests.
- Participate in departmental programs that promote and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Five (5) or more years of direct experience developing, designing, and delivering training and education programs required.
- Experience delivering training for an Enterprise Resource Planning system highly desirable.
- Experience with learning content management systems highly desirable.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
