Working Title: Accounts Payable AnalystLocation: Hybrid. Regularly 3 days onsite with work from home on other days. Onsite work depends on need, such as more onsite work for training and Oracle system implementation go live.Period of performance: Immediate to an estimated 8 months with opportunity to extend and convert (but duration depends on need, so time can vary).Statement of Work<ul><li>Manage high volume of invoices and ensure payment within a timely manner</li><li>Obtain approvals for invoices</li><li>Check invoices for budget and compliance</li><li>Process and code invoices and credit memos</li><li>Research, identify, and resolve complex invoice issues related to electronic invoices and unpaid invoices</li><li>Assist with managing AP related documents</li><li>Familiarity with sales and use tax requirements and assessing amount on invoices appropriately</li><li>Understands and identifies transactions that are subject to 1099 reporting</li><li>Provides guidance to campus on UC policies in procure-to-pay polices</li><li>Review and approve payment requests according to UC policy and ensure complete and accurate documentation.</li><li>Provides excellent customer service to departmental users and vendors</li><li>Ensuring and ensuring work queues are managed within Service Level Agreements (SLA).</li><li>Create and run departmental reports or operational monitoring, critical daily operation, and ad-hoc reports for analysis</li></ul>Systems proficiency: online Accounts Payable system (e.g, Oracle Cloud or other large ERP system).<ul><li>GHX and Oracle Cloud system experience required</li><li>Proficient in Excel and ability to manage large data sets and reporting</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Detailed oriented</li><li>Good reading comprehension skills</li><li>Ability to deal with sensitive situations with tact</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage workload</li><li>Bright and quick learner</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred and US job experience</li></ul>Pay: Up to $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>GHX: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Oracle Cloud: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Francisco, CA 94158
