Senior Salesforce Developer

Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud (Call Center / Genesys Integration)

Location: Remote (California residents only)
Duration: Contract through September 14, 2026 - 25 weeks
Compensation: Up to $85/hr W2

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud in a call center environment. This role will focus on configuring and enhancing call center functionality, including integration with Genesys CCaaS and supporting Service Cloud Voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
  • Configure Call Center functionality including call pop, softphone, click-to-dial, and queue routing
  • Support Genesys CCaaS integration for inbound call handling
  • Perform regression testing before and after deployments, particularly around Service Cloud Voice
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance and call center operations

Required Experience

  • Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience
  • Salesforce Call Center configuration experience (including CCaaS integration)

Preferred Experience

  • Genesys Cloud CTI Adapter
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
  • Health Cloud or Salesforce experience within a healthcare setting

Desired Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
