Lease Operation Coordinator
The Role
To enhance our clients’ services in terms of lifting our satisfaction scores and NPS to up. To ensure all the services provided to our clients in terms of maintenance, replacements, delivery, and contractual documents in a timely manner and keep strong relations with all stakeholders. The ultimate is to keep customers in a piece of mind. • Follow up customer transaction, in terms of maintenance and accident, delivery, Turin, renewal invoicing, replacement. • Resolve all customer compliance. • Report to management on all customer considered, compliance and feedback • Update ERP system within max 24 hours for all fleet action (receive the new vehicles, assigned to the costumer, opening and closing contracts and coordination with area supervisor • Issuing all assigned costumer invoices related to monthly lease invoices, rental invoices, misuse, violations. • Report on payment Receipt. • On time delivery customer invoices. • Follow up on all fleet assigned to him in terms of renewal of registration, operation cards and maintenance. • Prepare proper replacement to the customers. • Receive all turn in vehicles and document misuse. • Maintain all time updated ERP system matching with acute fleet.

Requirements
- Education: Secondary / Intermediate • General Experience: Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (3 years to 6 years) • Health & Safety Systems • Maintenance Principles • Knowledge of Policy & Procedure
