Logistics Director

Location: Industrial Area 2, Street 78, Dammam, KSA

Monthly Compensation: SAR 32,000

The Industrial Logistics Mandate: Mega Lubbd is appointing a Logistics Director to lead our high-volume industrial distribution network from our primary facility in Dammam’s Industrial Area 2. Based on Street 78, this role is the cornerstone of our supply chain, responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely movement of industrial products across the Kingdom and GCC. We are seeking a veteran logistics leader who understands the specific pressures of the Dammam industrial corridor and can transform our transport and warehousing operations into a world-class competitive advantage.

Technical & Operational Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in industrial logistics or downstream oil/gas supply chains, with at least 6 years in a senior Director-level capacity.
• Safety & Compliance: Expert knowledge of HCIS safety standards and SASO regulations for the transport of industrial liquids and lubricants.
• Fleet Management: Proven track record in managing large-scale heavy vehicle fleets and optimizing route efficiency using advanced GPS/Telematics.
• Warehousing: Deep experience in managing large-scale industrial storage facilities (Street 78 hub) and implementing high-accuracy WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Strategic Leadership: Ability to manage high-pressure P&L targets while maintaining a zero-accident safety record.

Core Strategic Objectives:

• Network Optimization: Designing a resilient distribution framework that connects our Dammam production base to key markets in Riyadh and Jeddah.
• Cost Efficiency: Implementing aggressive fuel management and maintenance protocols to reduce the total cost of delivery.
• Vendor Management: Overseeing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and negotiating high-value freight contracts.
• Team Development: Leading a multicultural team of drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse managers to achieve 99% on-time delivery metrics.

Candidate Status: This position is open to candidates with a transferable Iqama currently based in Dammam or Khobar. Prior experience in the lubricants or chemical logistics sector is a mandatory requirement for this role.
