Driving occupancy and revenue growth while maintaining strong partnerships with tenants.
Job Responsibility

Execute leasing activities (such as renewals & new deals) for assigned malls, ensuring alignment with the process.

Source and connect with potential tenants, both existing and new non-anchor, to expand the mall's tenant mix. In addition to responding to inquiries that may come from tenants be it from the portal or call center.

Conduct site visits for potential tenants, showcasing available spaces and amenities.

Issue leasing proposals to potential tenants, outlining terms and conditions in alignment with leasing guidelines.

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants.

Negotiate leasing prices within the agreed-upon range set by the Asset Manager, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.

Monitor competitors' offerings and pricing to stay informed about the market.

Sign contracts with approved tenants and facilitate handover to the Leasing Administration function for documentation and filing.

Re-negotiate lease renewals as necessary, responding to changes in pricing and lease conditions mandated by Development or Asset Management committees.

Coordinate with Development & Delivery teams regarding mall handover and fit-outs/opening dates, ensuring seamless transitions for new tenants.

Update and maintain the client database, ensuring accurate records of tenant information and leasing activities.

Maintain a database of requests, preferences, and requirements for large regional retailers, inputting relevant data into the CRM system.

Inspect units between subsequent tenants, identifying any maintenance or improvement needs, and recommending appropriate action plans.

Prepare reports detailing sales, budgets, and OCRs for all tenants.

Perform added roles and tasks as per management needs.
Job Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is required

3+ years in retail leasing in KSA
-
Solid track record and experience in tenant/customer relationship management

Significant exposure to GCC and KSA retail market

Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion skills

Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Large and diverse network of clients (especially within the KSA)

Command of Arabic and English, written and verbal
