Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team at Richcrest Apartments in Houston, TX. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Market available units to potential tenants
• Show apartments to prospective tenants
• Process rental applications and lease agreements
• Collect rental payments and security deposits
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• Address tenant concerns and resolve maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate records of rental activity

Requirements:

• Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
