Leasing Agent

Assist customers and clients with their rental properties, including performing property showings, marketing available properties, and helping with leasing documents and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and emails with quality customer service and professionalism
• Assisting walk-in traffic with confidence and knowledge
• Scheduling and performing property showings to prospective residents
• Preparing and reviewing lease agreements
• Marketing available properties
• Processing rental applications
• SEO assistance
• Creating and engaging with social media content and blogs

Wages

• Team members with limited experience can make $13-15 per hour plus benefits. Those with more extensive experience can make even more.
• This position could evolve into a supervisor or manager position.

Schedule

This position will work during normal business hours, 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
