Leasing Agent

Looking for a motivated Leasing Agent. The qualified candidate should have prior office related experience, customer service or leasing experience, be computer literate, and enjoy working with the public. The duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Candidate MUST HAVE reliable transportation
• Explaining and signing legal contracts with residents
• Touring and following up with prospects
• Adheres to and assists in enforcing fair housing guidelines
• Completing background checks and qualifying prospects
• Setting and reaching leasing goals with Property Manager
• Completing market surveys for comparison
• Assists with advertising, setting and reaching leasing goals and maintaining occupancy
• Coordinates with manager and maintenance to ensure vacant units and property repairs are completed in a timely manner.
• Inspects and schedules repairs for occupied apartments
• Administrative work
• Enforces leases and community rules and regulations
• Planning and assisting with community activities
• Assisting Residents with complaints, work request and questions in a timely and professional manner

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
