Are you a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent ready to take full ownership of a rental portfolio and maximize your earnings?

Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is hiring a Licensed Leasing Agent based in North Austin, TX to oversee and lease a consistent pipeline of single-family homes and apartment communities throughout the Greater Austin Metro Area.

BMG will provide you with a rotating portfolio of approximately 8–12 properties at a time, which will continue to reload as leases are signed. You will be fully responsible for marketing those properties, generating renter interest, conducting showings, and converting prospects into signed leases.

Agents must be open to driving throughout the Greater Austin Metro Area for showings. Candidates located in Manor, North Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, and Liberty Hill are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You Will Get

• $850 per completed lease
• Unlimited commissions – no cap
• W2 position

What You'll Do

• Market your assigned portfolio using ABOR MLS and other major rental platforms
• Proactively generate renter inquiries and secure qualified prospects
• Respond to leads via phone, email, and text
• Conduct in-person property showings across Manor, Austin, and surrounding areas
• Manage applications, approvals, and lease execution
• Complete move-in inspections and upload required documentation
• Communicate professionally with tenants, property owners, and internal teams

What We Need From You

• Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
• Willingness to travel throughout the Greater Austin Metro Area
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Smartphone and laptop
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
