Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Agent specializing in the secondary real estate market in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and leasing residential and commercial properties in the secondary market, while ensuring excellent client service and achieving occupancy and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing of secondary market properties including apartments, villas, and commercial units
• Generate leads through networking, property portals, cold calling, and referrals
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants
• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants to secure deals
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors
• Prepare and process tenancy contracts and required documentation in compliance with UAE regulations
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and KPIs set by management
• Coordinate with property management, marketing, and admin teams for smooth transactions
• Ensure listings are accurately updated on property portals and CRM systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate leasing (secondary market preferred in Dubai/UAE)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai rental laws and market practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
• Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in secondary market leasing or brokerage in Dubai
• Existing client/property owner network is a strong advantage
• Multilingual abilities (English required; Arabic, Russian, or Hindi is a plus)
