You will be responsible for assisting clients in finding suitable rental properties, conducting property viewings, and managing the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial rental properties
• Conduct property viewings and present available units
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads
• Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants
• Prepare leasing documentation and agreements
• Maintain updated property listings and client records
• Coordinate with property owners and management teams
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and performance goals

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, leasing, or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
• Real estate experience is an advantage but not required

Work Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time, 5–6 days per week
• Location: On-site in Muscat, Oman
