What You’ll Do

• Promote and sell/rent residential and commercial properties
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Conduct property viewings and present listings professionally
• Negotiate rental/sale agreements between landlords and tenants/buyers
• Maintain updated property listings and CRM records
• Build long-term relationships with clients and property owners
• Work closely with the property management team to close deals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Basic knowledge of Salalah property market is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Driving license is a plus
