Position Summary
Looking for a fresh start or a new direction in your career? LT Property Management is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a Leasing Agent who enjoys being out and about, meeting new people, and making a great first impression. If you like variety in your day and want to break out of the typical desk job or retail life, this could be the perfect fit. This is an entry-level position requiring work from Thursday through Sunday. This is a part-time position with the ability to promote to full-time for the right candidate after 90 days.

You’ll be the face of our leasing team—guiding prospective residents through our properties and helping them picture their next home. Your work directly supports our mission to increase showings and turn great tours into happy tenants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead in-person and self-guided tours across our portfolio
• Represent LT with professionalism, positivity, and a welcoming attitude
• Highlight property features and answer questions with clarity and honesty
• Ensure each unit is show-ready (clean, secure, and presentable). This is an important one! We pride ourselves here!
• Share real-time tour feedback with our leasing coordinator
• Stay organized using scheduling tools and digital checklists

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Weekend availability is a must (we are closed major holidays)
• Comfortable walking properties and climbing stairs during tours

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive hourly pay plus mileage reimbursement (Starting pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. plus commissions!)
• Sign on bonus of $ 500 after 90 days of successful employment
