Job Summary

The Leasing / Rental Agent is responsible for managing rental transactions, assisting clients in leasing properties, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both landlords and tenants. The role focuses on generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, and closing rental deals in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market available rental properties to prospective tenants
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about the units
• Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants
• Prepare and process tenancy contracts and required documentation
• Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Stay updated on market trends, rental prices, and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly leasing targets set by the company

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate leasing or sales (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and rental procedures
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
• Strong customer service orientation

Compensation & Details

· Job Location: Ras Al Khaima

· Job type: Permanent, full-time, on-site.

· Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month (based on experience).

· Availability: Immediate joiner or with one month notice.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
