Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and actively lease available units
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries promptly
• Process applications and follow up with prospects
• Maintain accurate guest cards and leasing activity
• Assist with marketing efforts (online listings, social media, outreach)
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Fair Housing is a plus
