Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent to join our team at the newly completed Belle Oaks Leasing Center. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment and enjoys interacting with potential residents. You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process and showcasing our stunning model units.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Prospective Residents: Once completed, conduct property tours, highlighting the unique features of Belle Oaks luxury apartments.
• Leasing: Assist potential residents with applications, lease agreements, and move-in coordination.
• Customer Service: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Marketing & Outreach: Help promote the community through events, online listings, and social media engagement.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of prospects, leases, and follow-ups in our property management system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the property management and marketing teams to achieve leasing goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years as a leasing agent in multi-family not less than 200 units.
• Sales-Oriented: Strong ability to close leases and meet leasing targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with leasing software, CRM tools, and social media marketing.
• Team Player: Works well in a team environment and maintains a positive attitude.
• Availability: Ability to work some weekends and evenings as needed.

Salary: $54,000 per year, with potential for additional earnings through bonuses and commissions.
