  • Marketing & Sales: Advertise available units, generate leads, and conduct tours for prospective tenants.
  • Lease Management: Prepare, explain, and execute lease agreements, negotiate terms, and process applications, security deposits, and rent.
  • Tenant Relations: Build rapport with current residents, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative: Maintain accurate records, manage leasing databases, and perform clerical tasks.
  • Property Oversight: Coordinate property maintenance and ensure units are presentable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Customer Service: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to close deals and meet leasing targets.
  • Organization: Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Technical: Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Education/Experience: High school diploma often required; experience in property management or sales is a plus.
