Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Leasing Agents to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in the Abu Dhabi real estate market and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist potential tenants in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Understand client needs and recommend properties that match their preferences and budget.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Ensure all properties are clean, presentable, and in line with company standards before showings.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available properties.
• Prepare and process lease agreements and related documents.
• Conduct background checks, credit assessments, and reference verifications for potential tenants.
• Collect deposits and application fees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Stay informed about the local rental market, including pricing trends and competitive properties.
• Provide insights to management to enhance marketing strategies and property offerings.
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with clients post-showing to provide additional information and close deals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and/or leasing within the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and market dynamics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• RERA certification (if applicable) is a plus
