Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent / Rental Property Management Associate to handle Dubai’s dynamic rental market. The role involves sourcing and managing rental listings, securing quality tenants, and overseeing the full leasing cycle from viewings to contract renewals.

This position requires a minimum of 1 year real estate rental experience in Dubai (leasing, tenant management, or property management).

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage landlord listings across Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, JVC, Dubai Hills, Emirates Living, and other prime communities.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancy terms, and finalize rental agreements.
• Manage tenant inquiries, applications, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and standard lease documentation.
• Build strong landlord relationships for repeat business and portfolio growth.
• Maintain accurate property records and update CRM systems daily.
• Support in property management tasks such as handovers, inspections, and renewals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year leasing / rental real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai rental communities and market trends.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic/other languages an advantage).
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Presentable, proactive, and target-driven.
