Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, or related fields,
- Advanced level of English,
- Proficient in MS Office applications—especially Excel—with strong reporting skills,
- Strong analytical thinking abilities,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Knowledge of marketing, property law, and leasing processes,
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and contract management skills,
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration abilities,

Job Description
- Managing the leasing process of the Shopping Mall in line with the defined tenant mix strategy and feasibility studies, and ensuring coordination with relevant departments,
- Conducting all leasing-related meetings and negotiations; preparing contracts following approval processes,
- Creating, developing, and updating the tenant mix,
- Conducting on-site visits with tenants and maintaining strong tenant relations,
- Preparing feasibility studies, competitive analyses, market research, and other related reports to support decision-making for senior management and investors,
- Ensuring effective management of properties to maximize performance and achieve company targets through accurate and strategic leasing,
- Coordinating the entire leasing process among all stakeholders (Tenants, Pilotage, Mall Management, Senior Management),
- Researching and onboarding potential international and local tenants to the portfolio,
- Ensuring tenants’ compliance with corporate standards throughout the shopping mall,
- Identifying issues in tenant relations, managing incoming requests, coordinating with relevant departments, and preparing associated reports.
