Our busy multi-family community in Jackson, TN is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to be the welcoming face of our leasing office.

What You'll Do:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will:
Greet and assist residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Provide top-tier customer service while conducting apartment tours and answering inquiries.
Support the Community Manager in day-to-day leasing and administrative tasks.
Execute effective marketing and leasing strategies following Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and company policies.
Handle paperwork, lease agreements, and resident communications with attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

Leasing experience (1+ years preferred)
Ability to work every other Saturday
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
A team player with a willingness to go the extra mile
