Leasing Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial rental properties.
• Manage and follow up with rental leads and inquiries.
• Conduct property viewings and present available leasing options.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and facilitate successful lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate property listings and market information.
• Stay informed about rental market trends and available inventory.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate leasing or property rentals.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Fluent English is required. Arabic is a plus.
