Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Agent is responsible for marketing available properties, generating leads, conducting property viewings, and assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process. The role involves building client relationships, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring occupancy targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leasing leads through various marketing and networking channels.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and clients in a timely manner.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable leasing options.
• Negotiate lease terms and facilitate successful lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property availability, and leasing activities.
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned leasing targets and performance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the leasing process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driving license is preferred (where applicable).

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
