Sales & Leasing Agents (Salary + Commission)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieving financial and property assigned targets.

Generating and managing lists of properties for rent.

  • Soliciting clients by promoting brokerage, networking, marketing, and offering real estate services to prospective clients.
  • Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, market conditions, and property availability to clients.
  • Partner with clients to rent properties within the identified target market.
  • Drafting leasing contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions.
  • Ensuring that all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to the lease of properties.
  • Create lists for real estate rental properties, with information about location, features, etc.
  • Show properties to potential renters.
  • Review leasing contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Local Hiring.
  • 3 years Proven Qatari Experience in brokerage companies (Sales/Leasing) commercial properties.
  • Valid Qatari Driver’s License & car.
  • Residency validity more than 6 months.
  • Proficiency in English Language & MS Office Suite.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
