Leasing Executive

Summary of the Role: The Executive – Leasing (Fashion, Lifestyle & Specialty) manages the leasing pipeline for fashion, lifestyle retail, and specialty tenant categories, sourcing new tenants and managing deals from prospecting through execution.

Responsibilities

Tenant Sourcing & Pipeline Management

• Source and qualify fashion, lifestyle, and specialty retail tenant prospects through market research, brand outreach, and broker engagement
• Manage the fashion and lifestyle leasing pipeline in Yardi and CRM, maintaining accurate deal status and deal economics
• Conduct property tours and present commercial proposals to prospective tenants

Negotiation & Deal Execution

• Negotiate commercial terms for fashion and lifestyle leasing deals within approved parameters
• Prepare LOIs and deal summaries for Director approval prior to formal offer issuance
• Coordinate contract preparation with the Rental Management team upon deal agreement

Market Intelligence

• Monitor fashion and lifestyle retail sector trends, new brand launches, and competitor leasing activity
• Maintain a database of prospective fashion and specialty tenants and track contact cadence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position in a commercial / retail real estate development.
