About the Role:

Miller Properties & Development LLC is looking for an experienced Leasing Executive with a strong background in commercial and residential leasing to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will handle the full leasing process, maintain tenant relationships, and help achieve high occupancy across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end leasing activities for both commercial and residential properties.

Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and finalize deals.

Prepare and process tenancy contracts in compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Maintain accurate records of available units, tenants, and lease agreements.

Coordinate with property management and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.

Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and real estate agents.

Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in commercial and residential leasing.

Strong understanding of RERA laws, tenancy procedures, and leasing documentation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month

Commission: Attractive commission structure based on performance
