Are you an initiative-taking, experienced, and personable Leasing Manager ready to join a fantastic team of professionals? GoldOller Real Estate Investments is on the hunt for someone like YOU!

Leasing Managers lead a team of leasing consultants (agents, specialist) to always ensure maximum occupancy of our customer’s home and a high renewal rate. They work alongside team members to ensure the completion of all necessary leasing documents. A detailed list of job duties can be discussed at the time of interview. Leasing managers work closely with community and regional managers to contribute to the overall team and property's success.

This position has the potential to earn over $1,000 in commissions per month!

These are the skills you will need to be successful:

• Have a “people person”, outgoing and compassionate personality with the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
• Lease-up experience
• Comfortable with high-volume traffic
• Possess strong sales skills and great customer service.
• Have knowledge of property management policies and procedures; to include fair housing
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of RealPage products preferred, including OneSite, YieldStar, Lead2Lease and Ops Technology.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands.

These are the essential requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of two years of leasing in residential property management or related experience or combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing others
• Onesite property management software experience.
• Able to work Saturdays and Sundays, required
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) - preferred
