Job Purpose:
The Leasing Manager is responsible for maximizing occupancy and rental revenue by developing and executing leasing strategies, managing tenant relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful leasing of properties.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with the company’s commercial and revenue objectives.
• Prepare annual and quarterly leasing plans, targets, and budgets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure optimal rental rates and tenant mix.
• Identify, target, and attract potential tenants through brokers, direct outreach, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships with leasing brokers, agents, and key corporate tenants.
• Ensure a balanced and value-enhancing tenant mix (especially for retail and mixed-use assets).
• Lead tenant negotiations including rent, lease terms, incentives, and fit-out conditions.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements in coordination with Legal and Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, approved commercial terms, and local regulations.
• Oversee lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and terminations.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Development teams.
• Support handover and tenant onboarding processes.
• Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
• Track market trends, demand for drivers, and competitor developments.
• Prepare leasing updates, forecasts, and management presentations.
Requirements

Education: BSc in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 10 –15 years of experience in commercial or retail real estate leasing or a related field (e.g., financial analysis, investment banking
