Leasing Manager

We are looking for a Leasing professional to develop and execute effective property leasing strategies, maximize revenue from retail assets, and manage tenant relationships to ensure long term satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Manages leasing activities by developing and implementing effective strategies focused primarily on leasing commercial spaces and buildings to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Determines lease terms and conditions in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Builds and maintains sustainable relationships with existing and prospective tenants, ensuring their requirements are met and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborates with the marketing team to promote vacant units, execute leasing focused marketing campaigns, and attract new tenants, while analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Oversees daily leasing operations to ensure efficient workflows and timely execution of leasing activities.
• Prepares accurate financial and performance evaluation reports related to leasing activities, providing recommendations to enhance asset performance and increase leasing revenue, and submits them to the direct manager.
• Monitors the financial and operational performance of tenants to ensure compliance with lease agreements and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in property leasing, preferably within retail and commercial real estate.
• Solid knowledge of lease agreements, contract negotiation, and commercial leasing regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build long term tenant relationships.
• Experience in market analysis, rental pricing strategies, and occupancy optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing leasing, financial, and performance reports.
