Leasing Manager
Job Summary:
A Leasing Manager in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) oversees all rental activities for a property portfolio, focusing on maximizing occupancy and managing tenant relationships within the Northern Emirates market. This role requires a blend of sales strategy, administrative precision, and deep knowledge of UAE-specific real estate regulations
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize occupancy rates and rental growth. This includes managing property listings on portals and social media to attract leads.
· Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements, renewals, and addendums, ensuring they comply with company policies and legal requirements.
· Lead high-level negotiations between property owners and prospective tenants to finalize mutually beneficial terms.
· Serve as the primary liaison for tenant concerns, resolving disputes and managing move-in/move-out procedures to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
· Ensure all transactions adhere to local laws, including registrations with relevant authorities like RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone) or other regional bodies.
· Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on local trends and competitive pricing, providing regular reports to management.
· Train and mentor leasing agents, coordinating their activities to meet revenue and performance goals.
Essential Skills:
Negotiation & Sales: Proven ability to close deals and a strong background in retail, commercial or residential leasing.
Communication: Exceptional written and oral skills in English; Arabic is often highly preferred for dealing with local landlords and authorities.
Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws, including RERA principles and local tenancy regulations.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in property management systems and standard office software (Excel, Word & Power Point).
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail for documentation.
Requirements
Experience: Typically requires 3–5 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Mobility: A valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle are essential for frequent property viewings and site visits in RAK
