we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing leasing operations, maintaining tenant relationships, and maximizing property occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and contract administration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective tenants.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare leasing reports and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with marketing and property management teams to enhance leasing performance.
