  • Coordinate campus outreach: housing office, athletics, Greek life, student orgs, international programs, and local employers.
  • Plan/host resident events: housing fairs, model tours, open houses, pop-ups, tabling, and resident referral drives.
  • Track digital KPIs: source mix, lead quality, CPL, and cost-per-lease; recommend reallocation based on performance.

4) Customer & Resident Experience

  • Ensure tours (in-person/virtual) are consistent, fast, and memorable; maintain pristine models and route signage.
  • Oversee move-in readiness with Ops; deliver parent/guarantor communication templates and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with PM on service recovery for escalations; close feedback loops from reviews and surveys.

5) Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate leasing files, fair housing compliance, and document retention standards.
