Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Leasing Manager (Residential) to lead and expand our residential leasing operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Qatar rental market, strong corporate leasing exposure, and a proven track record of achieving leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Residential Leasing Department to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage residential leasing inquiries, oversee team follow-ups, and ensure high conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and close leasing transactions professionally.
• Prepare and review tenancy agreements in compliance with Qatar rental laws and regulations.
• Maintain and expand a strong personal and corporate client database.
• Monitor market trends, rental values, and competitor activity to provide strategic insights.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and KPI tracking for management review.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of residential leasing experience (Qatar market preferred).
• Strong understanding of Qatar tenancy laws and rental procedures.
• Proven leadership experience managing leasing teams.
• Established corporate leasing connections and personal client database is highly advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
• Immediate availability preferred.
