Leasing officer

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Officer who can manage property leases, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and lease available properties to prospective tenants.
• Conduct property tours, explain leasing terms, and answer client inquiries.
• Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and documentation.
• Maintain updated records of tenants, renewals, and lease expirations.
• Assist with rent collection, follow-ups, and addressing tenant concerns.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of property laws and leasing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with property management software is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, professional, and detail-focused.
