Job Title: Leasing Officer

Key Responsibilities
  • Market vacant real estate units and attract suitable tenants in line with company standards and criteria.
  • Coordinate with real estate brokers and follow up on leasing offers, negotiations, and leasing terms.
  • Receive leasing applications, assess tenant eligibility, and prepare leasing recommendations.
  • Prepare lease agreements and related addendums, and follow up on approvals and contract signing.
  • Follow up on rent collection and coordinate with the Finance Department regarding invoicing and guarantees.
  • Manage lease renewals and contract terminations in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure units are prepared and ready prior to handover.
  • Update leasing databases and prepare periodic reports (occupancy rates, revenues, contracts).
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable leasing and real estate regulations and policies.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with tenants and handle inquiries and issues effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate leasing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of lease agreements and real estate regulations.
  • Proficiency in using computers and property management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
