Job Title: Leasing Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Market vacant real estate units and attract suitable tenants in line with company standards and criteria.
- Coordinate with real estate brokers and follow up on leasing offers, negotiations, and leasing terms.
- Receive leasing applications, assess tenant eligibility, and prepare leasing recommendations.
- Prepare lease agreements and related addendums, and follow up on approvals and contract signing.
- Follow up on rent collection and coordinate with the Finance Department regarding invoicing and guarantees.
- Manage lease renewals and contract terminations in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure units are prepared and ready prior to handover.
- Update leasing databases and prepare periodic reports (occupancy rates, revenues, contracts).
- Ensure compliance with all applicable leasing and real estate regulations and policies.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with tenants and handle inquiries and issues effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate leasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of lease agreements and real estate regulations.
- Proficiency in using computers and property management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
