Leasing Officer

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Officer to manage residential leasing activities and drive occupancy through a strong marketing and broker network. The ideal candidate has proven residential property experience, excellent market knowledge, and holds a valid RERA license.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and lease residential properties to prospective tenants
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms
• Utilize an established broker and marketing network to generate leads
• Prepare and manage leasing documentation and agreements
• Coordinate with property management teams to ensure smooth move-ins
• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor properties
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate leasing records and client databases

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property brokerage
• Valid RERA license (mandatory)
• Strong marketing skills with an active broker and client network
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Good knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
• Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets
