Job Summary
The Leasing Platforms Specialist provides hands on support and administration for the software platforms used by the rental division, with a focus on Yardi (Voyager and associated modules), On-Site and other operational systems. This role ensures that systems operate efficiently, are properly configured and support day-to-day functions such as leasing, accounting, workflows, data management and reporting. The Leasing Platforms Specialist troubleshoots issues, assists with system updates and enhancements, manages user access and collaborates with operational teams and vendors to maintain reliable platform performance.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, configure, and maintain all rental division software platforms (Yardi, On‑Site, and related systems), including user setup, access rights, roles and security controls.
- Act as a technical point of contact for platform issues, troubleshoot system errors and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
- Use SQL and other data tools to investigate, extract, manipulate and analyze system data to support troubleshooting, reporting and operational decisions.
- Support system upgrades, module implementations, new property and portfolio conversions, data migrations and integration projects.
- Perform system performance reviews, audit usage patterns, verify configuration integrity and recommend improvements for workflows and data quality.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute detailed procedural documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, best practices and training materials.
- Deliver training and onboarding support for new users and new system features.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (operations, leasing, accounting, IT) to design and implement process improvements, automation solutions and workflow refinement.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT on technical issues, service requests, system enhancements and compliance standards.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to help drive continuous improvement across rental platforms.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience administering and supporting business software platforms, ideally in a property management or real estate environment.
- Hands on experience with Yardi platform administration (Voyager, RentCafe, CRM) is strongly preferred.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying databases, validating data and troubleshooting system issues.
- Knowledge of property management business processes, leasing operations and reporting workflows.
- Experience supporting software implementations, upgrades, testing and documentation.
Skills & Competencies- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to data integrity and detail.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with database‑driven systems to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Solid expertise in software platform administration, including configuring systems and managing security and access controls.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose system‑based improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Excellent technical writing skills and ability to create clear documentation, procedures and training resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of providing training and support to both technical and non‑technical users.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Self‑starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

$ 75,000-85,000 / year
