Memaar Degla is seeking a Leasing / Sales Executive to join our Mall Management team. The role focuses on leading leasing and sales activities, attracting top retail brands and franchise partners, and driving occupancy to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective leasing and sales strategies.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, retailers, and franchise partners.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure smooth tenant onboarding and mall readiness for operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in commercial leasing, retail development, or mall management.
• Strong network with retailers and franchise partners.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Leadership skills are a plus.
