Job Purpose
As a Sales Consultant for Subaru, you will play a key role in promoting the brand's vehicles, identifying and addressing customer needs, and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, negotiating deals, and contributing to the overall success of the showroom by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a strong network to generate new sales leads and referrals.

Engage with existing and previous customers to introduce new models, services, and product enhancements.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations tailored to customer needs and preferences, ensuring a consultative sales approach.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the agreed timeframes.

Match vehicle features and specifications with customer requirements to propose the most suitable options.

Provide accurate information regarding pricing, financing, and vehicle specifications—including knowledge of competing brands.

Follow a structured daily sales process to ensure a consistent and professional customer experience.

Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.

Draft and finalize contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, feedback, and lost business opportunities.

Report customer trends, needs, challenges, and competitor activity to management.

Represent Subaru at showroom events, trade shows, and brand activations.

Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism to build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
