About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Presales Consultant – Managed Services
to join our team. In this role, you will be the technical expert supporting our sales team, playing a key role in designing tailored managed service solutions that meet our clients' complex IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored managed service solutions.

Lead the design and documentation of technical solutions in response to RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals.

Conduct presentations, services offering, and technical workshops for potential and existing customers.

Translate business needs and customer requirements into technical solutions using industry best practices.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity services, and managed service solutions .

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Support transition from presales to post-sales delivery ensuring alignment and smooth handover.
Key Requirements:

5+ years
of experience in a presales or solution consulting role within managed services.

Strong knowledge in
IT infrastructure

Proven track record in

client presentations
.

familiar with vendor programs and professional services offered.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and convincingly.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Relevant certifications such as
ITIL

CISM
, or similar are highly preferred.
