Leasing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Scout and identify prospective tenants per category wise in the market

Report to Department head Leasing on the status of leasing timelines, goals and tenancy mix progress.

Profiling of new and existing retail brands locally, regionally and internationally.

Maintain regular contact with key retail groups in the local market.

Secure major anchor deals in fashion and entertainment

Sourcing targeted international retailers to acquire new and unique concepts.

Collect complete information of a potential tenant through site visit.

Supports the Head of Leasing in the pre-evaluation and approval of initial concept, allocation of retail unit.

Present and pitch for potential retail leasing units.

Establish professional approach with the prospective tenants.

Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports

Provide potential tenants with a tour of property highlighting the valuable features of the mall.

Run background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their credit status.

Keep abreast on current market developments.

Oversee the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents.

Provide general support to all leasing, management, and office personnel as needed.

Formulating Prepare Offers & Leases and necessary documents, maintains all correspondences and documentation in an organized manner.

Other responsibilities as designated in support of department priorities

Prepare Department Leasing Reports, weekly leasing status report and others,

Preparation of necessary documentation to allow administration and execution of lease agreements, ensuring co-ordination with internal departments

Responsible
in the implementation of the daily Leasing cycle.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience :

A minimum of 4 years of Retail leasing experience in the reputed shopping Mall of UAE.
• Only Good overall knowledge of retail industry

Good presentation and negotiation skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Valid UAE driving License

Strong administrative writing and reporting skills to prepare and implement reports & presentations.
