Leasing Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Leasing Specialist to support retail leasing activities by managing tenant inquiries, coordinating lease documentation, and contributing to occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective tenants and understand their leasing requirements

• Present suitable retail unit options

• Negotiate lease terms and commercial conditions

• Prepare MOUs and lease agreements

• Coordinate internal approvals and ensure timely signing

• Follow up on payments with clients and treasury

• Provide regular leasing progress reports

• Act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of leasing experience (Retail / Commercial preferred)

• Background in Retail Leasing

• Yardi experience is required

• Knowledge of lease agreements and MOUs

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

• Experience in malls or retail environments

• Knowledge of real estate regulations
