DNR Jensen Rentals LLC is a residential and commercial property management company. They build and manage various residential properties across the surrounding region of Western WA. We currently manage 143 doors, including an apartment complex, single-family homes, duplexes and townhomes. We offer a positive work environment where employees' contributions are valued.

Qualifications:

1 Year Leasing Experience Preferred

Experience in Customer Service Required

High school diploma required

Functional knowledge of property management processes and procedures

Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines with 100% accuracy in a multi-task environment, good time management and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office products and property management software.

Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with the PM team and other departments.

Responsibilities:

● Assist walk ins

● A Leasing Consultant is responsible for calling leads to Qualify/ Disqualify as potential renters

● Must be able to show units/properties

● Be knowledgeable of fair housing laws and follow

● Maintain confidentiality

● Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems efficiently; Develops solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Also able to problem solve individually using procedures and set standards. Uses reason.

● Excellent Communication - Speaks clearly. Listens and gets clarification when necessary; Responds informatively to questions. Is willing to make changes when needed. Professional with dealing with leads, tenants, vendors and coworkers

● Assist in Maintaining cleanliness of rental properties inside and out

● Daily Cleaning of Apartment Community Rooms

● Assisting Property managers. Including entering descriptive notes for leads. Assist in Processing applications. Verifying utilities and Insurance.

● Good driving record/Ability to drive to showings at additional properties

● Scheduling of showings, move-ins and move outs

● Bring management's attention to leasing violations

● Keep Vacancies up to date

Job Type: Part-time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; 8am-4:30pm

Expected hours: 24 per week

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
