About the Role

We’re seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist to help deliver an outstanding leasing and resident experience. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and eager to grow within property management.

What You'll Do

• Leasing & Tours: Engage with prospective residents, respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct property tours, and follow up with leads.
• Marketing & Outreach: Post and maintain property listings across rental platforms (Zillow, Facebook, etc.) and assist with marketing efforts.
• Leasing Process: Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and collect deposits.
• Move-Ins/Move-Outs: Conduct property inspections and ensure smooth transitions for residents.
• Resident Relations: Build strong relationships by addressing questions concerns with professionalism.
• Maintenance Coordination: Enter and track work orders, working closely with maintenance to ensure timely resolution.
• Admin Support: Assist with office operations and support the property management team as needed

What You Bring

• Positive attitude with a self-starter mindset
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable with technology and property management software (AppFolio experience a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous leasing, customer service, or property management experience is preferred
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar software is a plus
• Availability during weekdays with occasional weekend flexibility
