Position: MBA Faculty – Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (On-Campus)

We are seeking a qualified faculty member specializing in HRM and/or Organizational Behavior to join our MBA Programme. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching, supporting research-driven learning, and ensuring compliance with CAA accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver MBA-level courses in HRM, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership.
• Prepare and update course materials, assessments, and academic documentation as per CAA guidelines.
• Contribute to curriculum development, programme reviews, and quality assurance activities.
• Engage in research, publications, and academic development initiatives.
• Participate in academic committees and support student mentoring.

Eligibility & Requirements

• HRM, Organizational Behavior, or related field (Mandatory)
• UAE Equivalency Certificate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience (MBA level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CAA standards and higher education frameworks
• Excellent communication and classroom engagement skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
