  • ● Transition into higher-value, leadership, or better-paid career rolesThe program is practice-driven, market-aligned, and globally oriented, blending academic rigor with real-world application.Role OverviewTIIB is seeking an experienced, industry-oriented Lecturer to deliver and facilitate learning within the ECL program. The ideal candidate will combine strong academic grounding, real-world business insight, and a global outlook, enabling learners to bridge the gap between theory, execution, and career or business growth.This role goes beyond traditional lecturing and requires the ability to mentor, challenge, and guide experienced learners toward tangible outcomes.Key Responsibilities Academic & Instructional Delivery

● Deliver high-impact lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions in areas such as:

  • ○ Entrepreneurship & venture building
  • ○ Business strategy and growth
  • ○ Career advancement & leadership readiness
  • ○ Market trends, innovation, and digital transformation
  • ● Translate complex business concepts into practical, real-world applications
  • ● Design and update course content to remain aligned with global and regionalmarket trends
  • ● Integrate case studies, simulations, live projects, and industry examples intoteachingLearner Mentorship & Development
  • ● Mentor students on:
  • ○ Business ideation and validation
  • ○ Scaling strategies and operational improvement
  • ○ Career positioning, personal branding, and professional growth
  • ● Guide learners in applying concepts to their own businesses or career contexts
  • ● Support students in capstone projects, business plans, or career transition strategiesIndustry & Market Alignment
  • ● Stay continuously updated on:
  • ○ Global business and industry trends
  • ○ Emerging technologies and market shifts
  • ○ Career and skill demand across sectors
  • ● Bring a global perspective while contextualizing learning for the GCC and emerging markets
  • ● Collaborate with industry speakers, mentors, and partners where relevantAcademic Quality & Collaboration
  • ● Contribute to curriculum development and continuous program improvement
  • ● Participate in academic reviews, assessments, and quality assurance processes
  • ● Collaborate with fellow faculty, program heads, and industry advisors
  • ● Uphold TIIB’s academic standards, values, and learner-centric approachRequired Qualifications & Experience Education
  • ● Master’s degree or higher in:
  • ○ Business Administration
  • ○ Entrepreneurship
  • ○ Management
  • ○ Economics
  • ○ Or a related discipline
  • ● Doctorate (PhD / DBA) is an advantage but not mandatoryProfessional Experience
  • Minimum 8–12 years of combined experience in:
  • ○ Business leadership, entrepreneurship, consulting, or senior management
  • ○ Teaching, training, or academic facilitation in business-related subjects
  • ● Demonstrated experience working with:
  • ○ Entrepreneurs
  • ○ Mid-career professionals
  • ○ Business owners or leadership teamsTeaching & Facilitation Skills
  • ● Proven ability to teach experienced, mature learners
  • ● Strong facilitation, discussion-leading, and mentoring capabilities
  • ● Experience with:
  • ○ Case-based teaching
  • ○ Experiential learning methods
  • ○ Project-based assessmentKey Competencies & Attributes
  • ● Strong understanding of current market dynamics and global business trends
  • ● Strategic thinker with a practical, execution-focused mindset
